How do I delete my EMconnect account?

If you would like to delete your EMconnect account, submit a ticket via
Help in EMconnect or send us an email at
[email protected] with your EMconnect account information:
- Your name
- UUID:
- Email and/or Phone #:
How to access your account information:
Log in to EMconnect. From the home screen tap on your profile picture or from the quick access tab bar at the bottom of the page, tap ‘Menu’ then select 'Account.’ Your account information is displayed near the top of the screen.
How to submit a ticket:
Tap ‘Help’ on the quick action navigation bar at the bottom of the. Tap the beacon (blue and white icon in the bottom right corner) and tap 'Ask' to submit your request to the EMconnect Support team.
Deletion requests will be completed within 30 days and you will receive a confirmation email.
