Why has my account been deactivated?

If your EMconnect account has been deactivated and you would like your account to be reactivated, please open a ticket with EMconnect Support and include:

  •       the email and/or phone number associated with your account
  •       your Site (PBL) or Customer (Sold-to) number (if applicable)

Upon receipt of this information, EMconnect Support will start the process of getting your account reactivated.
