Why is my invite code invalid?

There are three reasons why your invite code may be invalid:

  1. EMconnect  app invitation codes are valid for 5 days. If an invitee attempts to use an invitation code after the 5-day period they will receive an invalid or expired code error message.
  2. Please note that invite codes are unique to the individual and should not be shared. Shared invite codes will result in a "Invite code invalid" message.
  3. Invite codes are one-time use only. Multiple attempts to use invite codes will result in an invalid or expired code message.
