How do I upload or change my profile photo?

Ensure that permission is granted for EMconnect to access the device's Camera and Gallery. Access is required to add a photo.


During registration

To add your photo during the registration process, tap the photo icon when prompted (after you create your password). Select Camera to take a photo using the device's camera or select Gallery to access the photo library on your device. If you are satisfied with the photo taken or selected, tap Use Photo or choose to upload it or select Retake or Cancel to take/ select a different photo.

*Important: Please ensure that all photos adhere to EMconnect's Terms of Use.


Already registered

  • Login to EMconnect and go to  Account via your profile picture or from the Menu

  • Select 'Profile’, tap the photo icon and select 'Camera' to take a photo using the device's camera or select 'Gallery' to access the photo library on the device.

  • If you are satisfied with the photo taken or selected, tap 'Use Photo' or choose to upload it.

  • Select 'Retake' or 'Cancel' to take/ select a different photo.
