How do I make a change to my personal profile (i.e., name, email, phone number)?
To update your profile:
Legacy Users: from the homepage, select the menu in the top left and go to My Info. Update your name, email and/or phone number.
Version 5+ users: from the quick access tab bar at the bottom of the page, tap 'Account, then select 'Profile'. Update your name, email and/or phone number and tap 'Update Info' to save your changes.
Version 7+ users: from the quick access tab bar at the bottom of the page, tap 'Menu' and select 'Account'. Tap 'Profile' to update your name, email and/or phone number and tap 'Update Info' to save your changes.
You cannot update your site number or job role in EMconnect. If you need to change your site number or job role, submit a ticket to EMconnect support for assistance.
