How do I make a change to my personal profile (i.e., name, email, phone number)?

To update your profile:

Legacy Users: from the homepage, select the menu in the top left and go to My Info. Update your name, email and/or phone number. 

Version 5+ users: from the quick access tab bar at the bottom of the page, tap 'Account, then select 'Profile'. Update your name, email and/or phone number and tap 'Update Info'.

You cannot update your site number or job role in EMconnect. If you need to change your site number or job role, submit a ticket to EMconnect support for assistance.
