I cannot log in to the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app
In a few steps, you can keep your points and continue using the app:
- Open your app and click Sign In.
- Input the email address you use as your username.
- Select Forgot Password? and confirm or edit your email address.
- Retrieve the temporary password sent to your email inbox.
- Return to the app and select Sign In.
- Input the temporary password and select Sign In.
- Create a new password for the app.
