I cannot log in to the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app

A new version of the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app launched on September 26, 2019.

In a few steps, you can keep your points and continue using the app:

  • Open your app and click Sign In.
  • Input the email address you use as your username.
  • Select Forgot Password? and confirm or edit your email address.
  • Retrieve the temporary password sent to your email inbox.
  • Return to the app and select Sign In.
  • Input the temporary password and select Sign In.
  • Create a new password for the app.
