From the EMconnect Sign-in screen tap 'Need help?' and search our extensive knowledge base to find your answer or tap the beacon (blue and white icon in the bottom right corner) and select 'Ask' to submit your question to the EMconnect Support team.

  • From the home screen, Tap ‘Stories from Our Sites' in ‘Explore More. ’  Select ‘Dear Emme’ and tap ‘Write to DearEmme’ and fill in the form Dear Emme responds to all submissions and one entry will be featured monthly in EMconnect. 

  • From the home screen, tap  ‘Help’ (bottom of the screen), search our extensive knowledge base to find your answer or tap the beacon (blue and white icon in the bottom right corner) and select 'Ask' to submit your question to the EMconnect Support team.
