I noticed a typo/bug. How do I provide feedback?
Feedback can be submitted to the EMconnect team through the creation of a support ticket.
Legacy app users: From the home screen, select the menu bar in the top left corner, tap on 'My Info', select the 'Settings' option on the slider bar and tap 'Help Center'. Tap the beacon (blue and white circle, bottom right corner) and select 'Ask'. Enter your email address, type “Feedback” in the subject line and provide the details of your feedback then tap 'Send'.
Version 5+ app users: Tap 'Menu' in the quick action navigation bar a the bottom of the screen and tap 'Help'. Search our extensive knowledge base to find your answer or tap the beacon (blue and white icon in the bottom right corner) and tap 'Ask' to submit your question to the EMconnect Support team.
