You can submit your feedback through the creation of a support ticket.

  • From the home screen, select the menu bar in the top left corner
  • Tap on “My Info” 
  • Select the “Settings” option on the slider bar
  • Tap on "Help Center"
  • Tap on the beacon (blue and white circle, bottom right corner)
  • Tap 'Ask'
  • Enter your email address and type “Feedback” in the subject line
  • Provide the details of your feedback and tap "Send"
