How do I turn on the Role View feature in EMconnect?

Role View is a feature that allows FMAs and Branded Wholesaler Admins (BW Admin) to see EMconnect layouts, content and features segmented to a specific job role.


FMAs must activate the Role View function via the EMconnect web admin for a BW Admin to have access to this feature.


Access the the Role View feature in Account Settings:

  1. Login to EMconnect and go to Account via your profile picture or from the menu
  2. Select 'Settings,’ scroll down and tap 'Role View’
  3. Select the job role, enter the site or customer number and tap 'Update view’


You will now be viewing EMconnect as that role. The tab bar at the bottom of your screen will change colour and indicate which role you are viewing.


Role View tab bar legend:

Cashier - red

Site Manager - green

BW Admin - blue
