How do I turn on the Role View feature in EMconnect?

Role View is a feature that allows FMAs and Branded Wholesaler Admins (BW Admin) to see EMconnect - layouts, content and features - that are specific to a job role segment.

FMAs must activate the Role View function via the EMconnect web admin for a BW Admin to have access to this feature.

To turn on the Role View feature in EMconnect:

  1. Log in to EMconnect and Tap 'Account' in the tab bar at the bottom of the screen
  2. Select 'Settings' and scroll down to 'Role View and tap to open
  3. Select the job role, enter the site or customer number and tap 'Update view'

You will now be viewing EMconnect as that job role. The tab bar at the bottom of your screen will change colour and indicate which role you are viewing.

Tab bar - Colored menu indicator legend:

  • Cashier - red
  • Site Manager - green
  • BW Admin - blue
