Why is the content not displaying?

1.  your WIFI and/or Cellular Data connections. If your WIFI or Cellular Data connection signal is low it may impact how content is displayed on your device.

2. If you self-registered you may still be waiting for your account to be authorized. Until your account is authorized you will have basic (limited) access to content.

3.   Check your operating system (OS) version. EMconnect has the following minimum OS requirements:
  • iOS 16
  • Android 13

EMconnect may work on previous operating systems, but you may not experience full functionality or optimum display.  


To check your Operating system on Android:

  •        Open your device's Settings
  •        Tap About Phone or About Device
  •        Tap Android Version to display your version information

To check your Operating system on iOS:

  •        Open your device's Settings
  •        Tap About
  •        Scroll down to Version
