Why is my content different from my colleagues?

There are a few reasons why your content may be different:

  1. If you or your colleague have not updated EMconnect to the most recent version you may not see new content. Be sure to check for update notifications and keep your EMconnect app current.
  2. Content segmentation is an EMconnect feature that allows geographically specific promotions, programs, and action actions to be pushed to individuals. If your colleagues' site is located in a different city or state you may receive different content. Different job roles (Cashiers, Site Managers, BW Staff, BW Admin, ExxonMobil Employees, and FMAs) may receive segmented messages.
  3. You may be waiting for your account to be approved. In the interim, you will have basic (limited) access.
