What if my password reset is sent to an old email address that I no longer use?

With the new sign-in process, you do not need a password to sign in and will receive an authentication code via email or SMS.


If you no longer use the email address with which you registered, you can submit a request to the EMconnect Help Center to have your email address changed. Access the Help Center from the Need Help link on the login screen.
