Why didn't I receive my EMconnect Credits or Badge?
EMconnect Credits and Badges are awarded to users for various types of engagement within EMconnect. EMconnect Credits can only be earned with the first engagement of the designated content, while EMconnect Badges are given to users as ‘achievement awards’ based on credit.
If you completed an action/ engagement in EMconnect and did not receive the expected EMconnect Credits and/or Badge(s) refresh the page, click on a different page and then return to the page.
